I'm Phil Huxford, a former professional rugby player from New Zealand with a passion for sports and fitness. My journey in rugby has provided me with experience and I've been fortunate to play all over the world alongside people from different countries and cultures. I now dedicate myself to helping others reach their full potential as a professional coach.
As well as coaching rugby, I'm also a qualified CrossFit coach, where I enjoy the energy and community that fitness fosters. Whether on the pitch or in the gym, my goal is to inspire and empower people to achieve their personal and athletic aspirations. Join me as I share knowledge, advice and experiences!
